Soles of Imagination is a Black-owned 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 2021 and based in the DMV area. We deliver hands-on sneaker design workshops to youth ages 7–18, adults, and corporate clients across Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. Our virtual workshops have allowed us to expand beyond the local DMV area, enabling us to reach a much broader audience and foster new connections. Our mobile model brings all materials directly to schools, community centers, and corporate offices, no facility required. We have served 2,065+ participants through 300+ events and maintained active partnerships with 25+ schools and educational organizations including Arts Every Day, Art All Night DC, and Jack & Jill of America.
